Supply Planner
We are looking for a Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team at FrieslandCampina Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for the master production planning for all locally produced finished goods, to achieve desired service level while maintaining the sufficient inventoryand the flexibility to adapt to market requirements and relevant constraints, contributing to Supply Chain team function.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in Supply Planning, with strong skills in data analytic skill and critical thinking , and a passion for FMCG industry.

The employee must meet the following minimum job requirements to successfully perform the job:
- Education: University Education (e.g. Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or other relevant discipline)
- Experience: 1-3 years experience in Supply Planning/ DRP in FMCG/Retails is preferred.
- Skills:
- Be proactive, take ownership, accountability with continuous improvement mind set.
- Strong data analytic skill and critical thinking
- Good at reading, writing, communication in English
- Expert in using Excel (Power Pivot, Power query,..), experienced in using ERP (SAP)
- Sufficient understanding of Power BI/Python/SQL.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Demand planning to reflect the latest sales trend and prepare production plan to fulfil customer demand in balancing with optimizing inventory level.
- Work closely with Detailed scheduler to plan efficient production batches and production cycles taking into account all related constraints and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with Distribution requirement planner for stock transfer plan between warehouses to meet sales requirements at each Distribution center.
- Involve in new product launch project and promotion programs; prepare proper stock management plan to slide in/ slide out smoothly.
- Create and maintain Master data for on SAP system.
- Solve issues related to production changes or material constraints; and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
