Associate - F&P Maintenance
Reporting to the Line Leader (Powerhouse) Associate (Powerhouse) is responsible for smooth working of power generation plant, its process parameters and maintenance. Monitors, adjusts, and maintain different parameters of Equipments according to required demand, hygiene and safety.

- On reporting for Shift duty, job holder has to study section logbook to check current progress & any attention required.
- Supervises and directs the overall power plant operations during assigned shift.
- To monitor and record generator parameters as per defined frequency.
- Inspect equipment, gauges, valves, temperature and other components for proper operation.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and coordinates maintenance. Coordinate maintenance and repairs of equipment with other team.
- Tag-out equipment for maintenance and inspect equipment to bring back to service.
- Monitors and assures environmental compliance with Company’s maximum standards.
- Adherence with WI/SOPs, recommend and implement changes in work practices and procedures.
- Completes and monitors log sheets, records and reports on the Plant's activities and operations.
- Enforces, interprets and complies with the Company's policies and procedures.
- During emergencies or shut down of units is responsible for the coordination of all activities.
- Co-ordinate in installation / modification of equipment to improve the production process.
- Co-ordinate with other colleagues to reduce material and fuel losses.
- To monitor standard level of chemical used, because of time-to-time changing properties of these chemicals.
- To report any abnormality in powerhouse immediately to supervisor.
- Should participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives of equipment by studying and analyzing working principles of the equipment.
- To accept additional duties and other tasks in area other than initially assigned for reasons of flexibility and availability of work.
- To develop / assist in developing Kaizen and planned maintenance activities to increase the overall equipment efficiency of the machines and zero losses in machine operations.
- Implementation of 5S & AM in powerhouse and sustain after implementation.
- Take active part in time-to-time audits.
