Periodic assessment of the value creating programs (such as Perfect Store, Distributor JBPs etc.) tracking operational & financial compliance
Critical review of the month-end trade spends with timely reporting to the Leadership Team on spends controls & profitability.Ice Cream Sales
Direct involvement in commercial planning with the teams to ensure business growth to maximize revenue.
Replication of the automated trade spend management tool “Octane” post successful implementation in Dairy Sales
Accruals review & spending management.

Business Partnering:
Direct involvement with the Trade Category & Sales Operations Teams for assessment of commercial & financial viability of plans
Continuous monitoring & control over trade spends with respect to review of month-end accruals, forecasting, budget management.
Strategic planning, analysis & execution of RGM (revenue growth management) being a key thrust in Global Commercial Rigor Framework with direct impact on topline growth
Lead the ‘Perfect Store’ incentive program with the Channel team together with implementing robust automated utilities for smooth operations.
Liaison with the Global Finance team to ensure implementation of global best practices in the country.
Suggesting & evaluation of proposals with respect to the specialized business segments (FSD, Exports etc.) to boost sales & profitability.
Automation:
Assisting the ICT Team in development of the overall architecture of the systems in line with the business service models (Dairy & Ice Cream)
Roll-out of Spends portal as a complete automated utility for accurate promotion evaluation with continuous updates & improvements
Development of BI/spends portal as a complete automated business utility for sales analysis, evaluations, actions, & performance against internal & external KPIs
Reporting
Monthly & quarterly global reporting in the form of HFM template
Present updates on critical & key business matters to the Leadership team time to time in addition to the Monthly Business Review
Regular updates on the RGM actions & outcomes to local Leadership, Global Sales Leadership & finance forums (Finance Academy, Quarterly updates etc.)
Regional, segment, channel & customer wise profitability reporting to the Channels & Ops team
