To learn and assist the QC chemical laboratory in routine analytical testing, documentation, and sample management to ensure packaging materials and finished products comply with internal specifications and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing routine and non-routine chemical tests on finished products (e.g., pH, fat content, total solids).
- Prepare chemical reagents and standard solutions as required for analysis.
- Support daily calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Record and document test results accurately in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
- Ensure laboratory cleanliness and compliance with safety protocols.
- Support improvement projects, quality investigations and deviation reports where necessary.
- Participate in internal audits or quality improvement activities when assigned
Was wir erwarten
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Chemistry, or any science related field.
- Have interest in laboratory activities, quality control and quality assurance.
- Detail-oriented, work well with team members and eager to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills especially in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SharePoint, power BI tools is a plus.

- The internship is based in the Quality Control Laboratory, Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan
- Interns will work closely with experienced QC Analysts, Lab Technicians, and Chemist in a structured, team-oriented environment.
- You'll gain exposure to both the lab setting and, occasionally, the production floor during audits, sampling, or quality checks.

- Candidate will work together with a group of labtechnician and under Chemist's supervision.
- This roles will be under quality control and quality assurance departments (QA/QC) to ensure safe product release and other tasks given by the supervisor.

The QA/QC Department plays a critical role in ensuring that products meet defined quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Our laboratory is located in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
