As a Global Talent Intern, you will join our CoE Talent team who are responsible for designing and delivering impactful initiatives in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Talent Management, and more. - A final-year student in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
- Eager to learn, curious and open to working in a multicultural environment
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for people and development
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Proficient in using Excel, Powerpoint and other digital tools as well as open to learning new systems

- Maintain global content and knowledge management to ensure relevant channels and information is up to date
- Help prepare materials and communications for all phases part of our talent and performance cycle
- Contribute to the development of toolkits and resources for HR teams worldwide
- Manage our talent and performance planner board to drive impactful project management
- Analyze feedback and data to support continuous improvement of talent initiatives
- Collaborate with colleagues across HR, Talent Intelligence, and other teams
- Participate in the design and rollout of talent initiatives
- Support with the run of the overall Talent and Performance Management cycle
