Key Account Manager McDonald's / DACH (German speaking)

This is your opportunity to make it happen. As Key Account Manager McDonald’s / DACH, you are commercially responsible for multiple McDonald’s markets within the EU QSR team, alongside managing key wholesale and C&C accounts across the DACH region.
In this role, you take full ownership of your accounts, from strategy to execution. You build and grow long-term partnerships, lead annual negotiations and contracts, and drive business growth across categories such as Ice & Shake, cream and meat replacement. You work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, while leading cross-functional teams and strengthening the Debic brand within the Horeca & Bakery Export market. German language skills are essential, as you operate daily within the DACH region and engage directly with key stakeholders.
Wat we vragen
- Master’s degree
- 3–5 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in Foodservice, QSR or wholesale/C&C
- Strong customer and key account management skills with a structured and analytical mindset
- Proven experience in pricing and contract negotiations
- Full professional proficiency in German and English (German is essential for success in this role)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to win and deliver results
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in an international environment
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)

As for the employment benefits:
- Salary between €4480,- and €6078,- per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
- Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 5% year-end bonus, 10% performance bonus, and a market-standard pension;

- 200 hours of annual leave, the option to buy or sell 40 extra hours, and 8% holiday allowance;

Key responsibility areas:
- Customer experience: end-to-end ownership of the customer journey, driving collaboration and relationship building across the QSR and Foodservice DACH ecosystem
- Business: delivering on volume, revenue and profitability targets while identifying and unlocking new business opportunities
- Pricing & negotiation: leading annual negotiations and closing agreements with McDonald’s and key wholesale partners in the DACH region
- Strategic planning: analyzing market and customer trends and translating these into strong account plans and joint business plans
- S&OP planning: owning forecasting, factory alignment and the S&OP process in close collaboration with Supply Chai
