This is a new role within the Lattiz Commercial team and heavily supports reaching the ambitious growth targets for Lattiz in France & BeLux, as part of the strategic categories of FrieslandCampina Professional & Trading.

  • More than 3 years of experience
  • Experience and knowledge in B2B foodservice and/or coffee industry (nice to have)
  • Native French speaker with a good level of English (both verbal and written skills) due to working in matrix organization and collaboration with Global HQ in the Netherlands. Speak Dutch is a nice to have.
  • Job based in the head-Quarter (Le Kremlin-Bicêtre) but some travels to Belgium or the Netherlands should be expected.
  • Temporary job of 1 year with potential longer time

Lattiz is the smart milk solution designed for professional use. It serves perfect milk foam at the touch of a button, both as a stand-alone appliance or integrated into a beverage appliance such as a fully
automatic coffee machine. Lattiz has a solid market position in the Benelux and is growing fast in other European markets, especially in France.
To accelerate our growth and support our sales team we are looking for an Account Support for France & BeLux.
Key responsabilities:

Sales Support, Coordination & Administration

Support account managers in preparing business reviews.

Manage and qualify Salesforce leads (MQL), coordinate follow-up and assist MyLattiz users & the team

Coordinate customer account creation with credit risk and master data teams.

Provide technical documentation and training follow-up

Prepare administrative documents for quotes, offers, and contracts

Process and validate commercial and partnership agreements

Support in claim & bonusses management (discount, rebates, price list)

Create dashboards and performance reports tracking

Commercial & Marketing Activities

Support sales and marketing campaigns, incentives, and events

Handle operational marketing tasks: translation checks, webshop management, internal events
Complaints Management

Manage complaint intake, reporting, follow-up, and coordination with Quality teams

Provide recommendations based on complaint analysis.

Just a few characteristics of the Lattiz Commercial team, making it a great team to join! The Lattiz team is led by the Lattiz Commercial Manager (based in the Netherlands). Our core Lattiz stand-alone markets (Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, and International) have dedicated local Sales teams led by a Sales Manager, including multiple Account Managers and Account Support.
In France, the Lattiz Commercial team is led by the Sales Manager France. 2 Key Account Managers are Responsible of National Coffee Roasters (as Cafés Richard, Folliet, Lavazza…) and 1 KAM is fully dedicated to chains.
In BeLux, the Lattiz Commercial team is led by the Sales Manager BeLux. 2 Key Account Managers are Responsible of National Coffee Roasters (as Charles Liégeois, Rombouts…).
Our Lattiz Inside proposition is led by our Business Development Manager Lattiz Inside, to whom the Commercial Operations Manager reports. Our team is completed with the Marketing Manager and multiple intern positions.
The Lattiz Commercial team is part of Team Europe within FC Professional & Trading, our Business Group focused on the B2B customer segment.
