SWEU Plan & Deliver Controller drives constantprocess improvement through the entire value chain with the purpose of influence towards making changes always seeking for higher performance level within SWEU Cluster.Business Partner to Customer Supply Chain teams, supports Supply business strategy anddrives efficiency. Interactive role with all departments within the value chain, from the goods supply to customer service and international environment across countries Spain, France and Italy.

Main accountabilities:
- Supports Supply business strategy anddrives efficiency
- Cost of failure elimination: slash customer penalties/ claims andobsolete (SSL, returns)
- Discuss and challenge with Operations to identify a set of improvementinitiatives for optimizing logistic flows.
- Transparency on Cluster D&S variation & communication to Commercial controllers
- Deliver right insights on Cluster D&S opportunities, support tenders and contribute to the decision making
- Ensure compliance with the Company Guidance and Policies, internalregulations and established risk control protocols across the unit
- Prepare monthly management reviews/reporting on Operations performance, provide insights and participate the Business Review meeting with the management team.
Knowledge:
- Finance and Operations Background.Preferably to have worked in multidisciplinary teams
- Able to identify risk areas and opportunities
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in controlling
Skills:
- Deep Analysis and problem solving skillsCapability to challenge status and propose new ways of working
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and strict deadlines
- Strategic thinking skills (vision/concepts)

Interactive role with all departments within the value chain, from the goods supply to customer service and international environment across countries Spain, France and Italy.
Position is base in Barcelona, part of SWEU controlling team with six team members and the Manager. Team structure; two Commercial controllers for Spain and one Commercial controller for France based in Barcelona. Italy Commercial controller based in Italy and Plant controller for Spain based in Zaragoza.
