  • Over 10 years in commercial roles and/or distributor management, relevant experience in food & beverage ingredient business is preferred

  • Min Bachelors qualification in Business/Food Science

  • Entrepreneurial mindset

  • Data driven decision making, analytical, digital savvy and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

  • Proven relevant experience with international B2B Food and Beverage Industry business and customers and understanding of Asian market dynamics, (applications) portfolio and relevant technologies

  • Willingness to travel from time to time

空缺职位描述

  • Responsible for managing the portfolio of encapsulated products manufactured in four plants in Asia (Indonesia and Philippines) and Europe (Netherlands and Germany).

  • Assigned to manage industry distribution partners in Asia-Pacific. 

  • Required to contribute to implementation and the design of the Asia-Pacific Industry sales strategies and initiatives in a collaborative mindset with customer, distributors and internal stakeholders.

  • Hire, coach and develop team using the instruments, service and procedures of HR

  • Negotiate with customers (e.g. quarterly deals) and ensure contracts in line with sales strategy, negotiation targets and legal principles, as well as monitoring the execution of the contract

  • Generate ideas for innovation and new products/market combinations based on customer requests, develop business cases and internal possibilities and/or ensure the execution

  • Prepare monthly business review with your customer/distributor, including market insight, competition, and segment trend

  • Address any concerns or conflicts raised by customer promptly and striving to reach win-win resolutions.
