Production Shift Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Production Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our whey protein and cheese manufacturing facility. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production while leading and developing a team of production operators.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred). 

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably Dairy or Food. 

Understanding of whey, dairy, or cheese production processes. 

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. 

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a safety‑first mindset. 

Familiarity with GMPs, Food Safety, EPA, OSHA, FDA, USDA standards.

As the Production Shift Manager, you will supervise daily production activities, ensuring safe work practices, product quality, and efficient operations. You will provide leadership to production operators, coordinate staffing, oversee process performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include safety compliance, troubleshooting operational issues, monitoring production parameters, completing shift reporting, and maintaining strong communication with cross‑functional teams.
