We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Application Product Development Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the food industry and contribute to exciting new projects.

- Studies in Food Science / Food Technology or other Science or related disciplines.
- Candidates pursuing Diploma/Degree in Food Science are welcome to apply
- Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with colleagues across different departments.
- Ability to work with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Fast Learner, Willing to-learn attitude, Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)

Stellenbeschreibung
You will work with R&D BG Ingredients Technical Sales team to support application innovation in Southeast Asia.
Job scope includes:
- To be actively involved in benchtop formulation work using FCI’s Ingredients on various applications (i.e Ready To Drink, Ready To Eat, Powder Nutrition, Yoghurt and Bar) in Performance, Active and Medical Nutrition.
- To perform lab analytical tests (physical, chemical, and sensory test) and shelf-life test (if required) on FCI’s Application products.
- To assist on UHT benchtop trials on FCI’s and Consumer Dairy ‘s UHT trials.
- To participate in inter-department activities like safety and laboratory management.
- To assist in brainstorming on market trends for new product development.
- Assist in maintaining organized work area in the lab and supplies ( i.e. update inventory list, library maintenance)
