Credibility Roadmap Manager (all genders)
The Credibility Roadmap Manager will play a critical role in supporting the innovation, development, substantiation, and communication of our Early Life products around the world. This position will leverage expertise in nutrition to ensure our products meet the highest standards of nutritional quality and are differentiated from the competition while adhering to global regulatory guidelines.
The Credibility Roadmap Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs, to translate scientific evidence into claim substantiation and marketing communications. Within this role, you will contribute to the company's mission, "Nourishing by Nature," providing good nutrition for everyone.

- A background in Nutrition with a Master degree in health science, relevant for early life nutrition;
- > 5-year R&D project management experience in an industrial setting, Innovation (research & technical) and renovation activities. In-depth knowledge of and experience (>5 years) within nutrition science topics;
- Experience and knowledge of (external) communication strategies;
- Good Knowledge of (consumer & medical) Marketing;
- Experience from working in an international and multi-cultural environment;
- Good understanding of the business and business processes;
- Basic knowledge of nomenclature of marketing, sales, QA/RA, nutrition, finance, process technology.

Employment benefits:
- Salary between €5,250 and €7,150 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and fit for the role;
- A workweek of 32 to 38 hours, 5% year-end allowance, 12.5% bonus, 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme;

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication
Ensure effective collaboration and communication across functions (Research, Development & Technology, IP, RA, GND, Medical Marketing & Operations) to maximize opportunities and deliver roadmap initiatives.
Build and maintain a communication roadmap with Research, Nutrition, and Medical Marketing for short, mid, and long-term innovations.
Risk Management and Change Facilitation
Manage risks and facilitate change by escalating issues to management to ensure the successful outcome of the credibility roadmap.
Initiate, lead, or facilitate cross-functional initiatives to address gaps in the roadmap as they arise.
Stakeholder Management and Program Integrity
Ensure quality assurance and overall integrity of the program, aligning with internal and external standards, and ensuring coherence with other programs and business units.
Co-create and execute the scientific, medical, and consumer communication plan aligned with the credibility roadmap in collaboration with Medical Marketing.
Effective Communication and Reporting
Facilitate interactions and effective communications with all stakeholders, providing regular progress updates on the credibility roadmap.

在领英上查看所有同事You will work in the R&D Nutrition team. This team consists of over 30 members based across Wageningen, Singapore, and China. The R&D Nutrition team works together with other Research, Product Development, and Marketing teams to study health effects, substantiate our products, and support communication.
R&D Nutrition within FrieslandCampina plays a multifaceted role, focusing on the science-backed promotion of our consumer dairy products. Key areas of scope include:
Scientific Research and Analysis: Conducting and supporting research on the nutritional composition of products and their impact on human health; analyzing scientific literature to provide evidence-based information on dairy's role in a balanced diet.
Product Development and Innovation: Collaborating with product development teams to create nutrition products that meet evolving consumer needs, ensuring products comply with nutritional guidelines and regulations.
Communication: Developing materials and campaigns to inform consumers about the nutritional value of food; engaging with healthcare professionals and nutritionists to disseminate accurate information.
Regulatory Affairs: Monitoring and responding to changes in food regulations and nutritional guidelines; ensuring compliance with labeling requirements and health claims.
