Senior Brand Manager
Lead the brand growth and communication strategy for Foremost Omega, steering its transformation toward a science-backed, and emotionally resonant brand loved by modern parents. The purpose is to shape the brand’s long-term vision, drive 360° marketing excellence, and deliver business impact through powerful consumer insight, creativity, and flawless execution.
Foremost is the No.1 Kids UHT Milk brand in Thailand, trusted by millions of Thai families. Yet, the kids’ UHT category is one of the most intensely competitive battlegrounds in FMCG. This role calls for a bold, insight-driven leader who can fuse science with storytelling, turning nutrition expertise into emotional brand power that connects deeply with modern Thai moms with best-in-class execution.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in brand management (FMCG preferred).
• Proven success in developing integrated communication campaigns and managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn insights into business growth.
• Leadership mindset with experience in managing agencies and influencing without authority.
• Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).•
• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership skills, result-oriented, self-motivated, and pragmatic.
• Data driven with strong analytical & problem solving
• Has demonstrated the ability to work in a team setting and has contributed to the achievement of a team's success.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and in writing with all levels within all business functions.
• Able to work under pressure and business dynamic.
• Good Command of both Thai and English in speaking, reading, and writing.

Define and execute a brand strategy built on deep consumer and market insight to accelerate growth and strengthen Foremost Omega’s leadership in kids’ nutrition.
• Lead Strategic & Annual Planning (12Q & AOP)
Translate brand ambition into clear annual and quarterly plans with strong business rationale, ensuring integration with commercial, channel, and innovation strategies.
• Brand Calendar Ownership
Build and manage a dynamic annual brand calendar — balancing hero launches, equity campaigns, and conversion drivers across all key touchpoints.
• Global & Regional Alignment
Act as the local brand custodian, aligning with global and regional teams to ensure consistent brand positioning, communication principles, and portfolio strategy.
Execution Excellence & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Integrated Campaign Development and Execute with Excellence
Lead end-to-end development of impactful 360° campaigns — from insight and creative brief to execution across ATL, digital, social, and in-store channels. Bring to live the campaign with flawless execution.
• Innovation & Communication Synergy
Partner with R&D, Innovation, and Channel teams to drive seamless go-to-market readiness, ensuring product innovation is translated into strong consumer stories.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Shopper Marketing, and Trade teams to ensure full alignment and execution excellence across retail and e-commerce touchpoints.
• Agency & Partner Management
Inspire and manage creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver outstanding creative work that builds both equity and
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
• Brand & Business Performance Tracking
Monitor brand health KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and business performance — turning data into actionable insight to continuously optimize impact.
• Brand Marketing Excellence
Champion best practices, creative excellence, and consumer-centric storytelling across the organization and agency ecosystem.
• Competitive Intelligence & Market Trendspotting
Stay ahead of category, consumer, and cultural trends to proactively identify new opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
• Budget Management
Manage the A&P budget with full accountability for investment efficiency and ROI, ensuring optimal balance between equity and performance marketing.
