- Develop and activate brand and innovation strategy to deliver growth and profitability targets for portfolio of 60+ SKUs
- Influence external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of commercial plans integral to the brand’s growth
- Identify, evaluate and act on opportunities that help grow the brand’s share in the frozen desserts market

- Responsible for developing a through understanding of the category & competitors and trends affecting the same
- Responsible for delivering the brand’s volume, value & profitability targets across the multi-serves, cups and bulk formats
- Develop Brand Strategy (positioning, translation for different consumer segments, brand architecture) that is aligned with the purpose of the brand and the vision of the company
- Develop Innovations strategy (innovation and renovations funnel for 12Q, CAPEX appetite) that is aligned with the purpose of the brand and the vision of the company
- Develop and activate a brand plan that enables targeted growth for the brand
- Translate brand plan into the elements necessary for brand communication across all relevant consumer touchpoints including in-store communication
- Measure and report performance on all marketing campaigns by assessing the KPIs and ROI of each task
- Monitor and take corrective action on brand equity & awareness parameters
- Create excitement for the brand by executing a consumer-led innovation strategy
- Analyze consumer insights, retail data, competitor activities & global trends to identify opportunities for the growth of the business
- Monitor brand performance at retail with market visits, identify issues & opportunities and avenues for on-ground / retail activation of brand
- Ownership of marketing A&P budget
- Mobilize internal stakeholders & partner agencies to ensure execution of operational plans
- Align with all relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent quality of products to meet the needs of different consumer segments
- Measure and report performance of SKU volumes to identify areas of issue and opportunity
- Influence relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting and consistent distribution of products
