Senior HR Services Officer (SSC)

Wat we vragen

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR administration or payroll processes preferably at a multinational company
  • University or college degree (preferably in Economics or Human Resources)
  • Proven experience with Nexon is a significant advantage.
  • In depth knowledge of Excel and other MS Office programs
  • Strong process knowledge for own function
  • Knowledge of HR ERP systems (eg. SAP, Nexon, ServiceNow, Sharepoint)
  • Up to date knowledge on Hungarian Labor Law (MT)
  • Good understanding on the aspects of Hungarian taxation and social security linking to Labor Law
  • Attention to details
  • Interpersonal skills and excellent stakeholder management
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work precisely and independently
  • Ability to make decisions on own level

Vacaturetekst

1. Complete HR Admin processes:

Completion of a range of day-to-day HR Admin processes in line with corporate policies, guidelines, SLAs and internal controls.

    • Processing HR service requests on a wide range of HR Administration tasks, for example; worktime, declarations and employment certificates, workforce administration, employment contracts and contract modifications, onboarding new joiners into our systems and offboarding leavers, learning administration;
    • Creating employee contract and contract modifications in line with both internal process and legal requirements;
    • Managing Occupational Health Check activities properly
    • HR database management: ensuring that the correct data is entered into our systems (eg. Horizon, Nexon, DSP, Finder, Sharepoint, etc) in full and on;
      • ensuring employee data is correct via monthly data consolidation between systems, ensure data protection
      • Connecting data from various HR systems;
      • Keeping knowledge in our HR tools up to date;
    • Implement and continuously improve the Onboarding and Offboarding process meeting all relevant regulations;
    • Payroll (input) process and Time management:
      • Payroll closure: ensuring that all necessary documents are collected on time in full, and forwarded properly to the Payroll team; ensuring that appropriate control points are established and executed in the payroll process;
      • keep daily contact with the payroll team;
      • timesheet database management; (maintain and update electronical attendance system)
      • processing Cafeteria and all benefit related administration and procedure
    • Taking part in building up the new People Services and Solutions team in Budapest and later on continuously looking for improvement opportunities to create best in class HR services to our Employees;

 

  • Proactively notify line manager where early warning signs of potential issues on payroll or admin side
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and guidelines regarding HR Admin process.
  • Maintaining up to date process documentation in accordance with local legislation and company policies, ensure all processes are documented and reviewed on a constant base
  • Collaborating with 3rd party vendors and with payroll service providers to ensure timely and quality completion of monthly payroll.

 

3. Projects and process optimization:

 

  • Contributes to continuous improvement in his/her team. Supporting CI Projects for HR processes.
  • Identify bottle necks in (work) processes, provide proposals on improvement opportunities, support implementation after approval and track progress.
