What we ask

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in the area of Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or Commercial Economics
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the B2B environment
  • Experience with statistical planning methods and comfort in working with forecasting models and data analysis tools
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to maintain relationships on all levels
  • Fluent in English
  • Analytical, proactive, accurate way of working

Vacancy description

Your main responsibilities:

  • Build demand plan using statistical forecasts and commercial team input for short‑ and mid‑term horizons.
  • Use statistical forecasting effectively and maintain clean, reliable historical data.
  • Translate business changes (NPD, phase‑in/out, events, seasonality, tenders) into the demand plan.
  • Apply demand constraints during supply limitations and communicate outcomes to key stakeholders.
  • Prepare Pre‑Demand and Demand Review meetings, and contribute to the Global Demand Review meeting with commercial teams.
  • Follow up on decisions and constraints from the S&OP cycle.
  • Act as the main contact for commercial teams for operational and tactical planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement of forecast accuracy and bias with commercial teams.
  • Monitor and challenge the quality of commercial forecast inputs (assumptions, deltas, consumption, trends, issues, gaps, risks, opportunities).
  • Coordinate any activities related to the constraining and allocation process to ensure the match of demand & supply.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and takes ownership of implementing solutions.
  • Provide KPI dashboards, insights, and decision documents on quantitative and qualitative developments.
