Are you a finance professional who enjoys partnering with commercial teams to drive business performance? As the Controlling Analyst – Retail & Americas, you will serve as the financial co-pilot for the Latpac region within the Americas, supporting a dynamic B2B retail and distributor business operating across 30+ markets in South America, the Pacific, and the Caribbean.
In this highly visible role, you will partner closely with Sales Leadership and the Management Team to provide financial insight, guide pricing decisions, manage risk, and ensure profitable growth. You will help shape strategy across a business with €100M+ in annual sales, nearly 40kT of volume, and a portfolio of 100+ SKUs sourced globally.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong financial expertise with commercial curiosity and enjoys working across cultures, markets, and complex distribution networks.

Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, controlling, or commercial business partnering
- Experience in multinational and multi-entity environments preferred
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, pricing governance, and financial analysis
- Experience supporting B2B or distributor-based commercial models strongly preferred
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
Skills & Competencies
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on profitability and performance improvement
- Ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence and challenge senior commercial stakeholders constructively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus

Commercial Financial Management
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes for the region
- Perform profitability analysis across markets, customers, and product portfolios
- Support annual planning, outlook processes, and long-term financial strategy
- Deliver timely and reliable financial insights for decision making
Strategic Business Partnership
- Act as financial co-pilot to regional Sales Leaders and the Management Team
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve commercial performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize business outcomes
- Evaluate marketing initiatives and ensure strong ROI tracking
Pricing & Commercial Governance
- Manage pricing governance processes and approve commercial deals
- Evaluate long-term commercial agreements and contract models
- Ensure pricing strategy aligns with cost structures and profitability targets
- Support margin protection and cost control initiatives
Risk Management & Compliance
- Maintain strong financial controls and risk management frameworks
- Monitor receivables and manage overdue exposure across distributor networks
- Ensure compliance across multiple legal entities and profit centers
- Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks
Distributor & Market Oversight
- Support distributor relationships through financial insight and oversight
- Monitor commercial performance across 30+ markets
- Provide financial visibility across complex sourcing flows from global production sites
Systems & Process Improvement
- Drive improvements in financial systems, reporting, and commercial processes
- Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Support operational excellence and transformation initiatives
You will be part of the Commercial Finance team supporting the Latpac region, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
This position plays a critical role in connecting finance with commercial strategy, helping the organization navigate complex distributor networks, global sourcing flows, and rapidly evolving market conditions. Collaboration across geographies and functions is key to success in this role.
