- At least 5-7 years within Commercial Roles like Finance, Sales, Category Management, preferably in dairy;
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English, preferably also German;
- Proactive, result-oriented and data driven mentality;

- Master degree in (International) Business, Finance or Supply Chain;

Job Purpose:
Identify, create, and capitalize on growth opportunities for our Private Label Business in White Dairy and Cheese with our Core Customers in Hard Discount and Traditional Retail across Europe. This involves analyzing Market Trends, building Business Intelligence, driving revenue through innovative long-term business initiatives and strategic partnerships. A close collaborating with the BG Retail & Americas and local teams like Sales, Marketing, Finance and Commercial Excellence is key to expand the business and ensure its future success.
Our Purpose:
FrieslandCampina Germany is our dedicated Opco for Hard Discount and Traditional Retail, focusing on all German retailers like Lidl, Aldi, Edeka and Rewe. We are known for our brands Frico, Frau Antje, Chocomel and Valess, but we also offer several Private Label products to our German retail customers. Products like Milk, Drinking Yoghurt, Chocolate Milk, Cream, Cheese and many others are sold to Lidl to help them to deliver the highest quality to their consumer.

This is how your job looks like in a nutshell:
- Development and implementation of Growth Strategy: Identify long term New Business Opportunities and Growth Platforms for Private Label Cheese and White Dairy across Europe for our Key Retailers in Hard Discount and Traditional Retail
- Lead the Strategy Execution into 12Q Plan for the German OpCo in line with the Commercial 3 Year Plan
- Drive the further buildup of Business Intelligence together with the BG Insights & Analytics team: Global Trends, Market Development and Category Insights for Cheese and White Dairy as well as Shopper & Consumer Insights and Competitive Intel
- Drive Milk Stream and Sustainability Valorization for our Core Retailers in close cooperation with the Sustainability Team Europe and Retail & Americas and the Sales Leads
- Translate the Global Category Vision inter Category Growth Plans for our Core Markets together with the Category Management Team
- Own the ACE Lead Role for the German OpCo for the Let’s ACE it Accelerators and the ACE Academy
- Prepare T2T Meetings with our Core Retailers, Leadership Conferences and Commercial presentation for different Stakeholders on behalf of the German OpCo
- Be advisor for the Category Management Team and drive Category Management Knowledge and Infrastructure Buildup
- SPOC for the BG Retail & Americas related to overarching BG projects
