Medical Marketing Manager

•    Create best in class Medical Marketing strategy and execution to fuel OMG growth and bring Omega to the next level in competing with IFT brands in consumer perception to dial up expertise in Kids’ nutrition and create superiority in product formulation, including co-developing and co-leading the creation of clinical study with BG team
•    Develop compelling scientific content to be used in supporting in winning product story in consumer channels as well as  medical channels and also responsible for coaching, training, and developing key business stakeholders to well equipped with winning product story.
•    Establish Strategic partnership with selected Medical Institutions/Associations that in line with strategic direction.
•    Be responsible for the approved budget to deliver Sales, Profits, Market Share, Penetration, Brand Equity, and ROI on spending.

•    Experience in Medical/ Marketing/ Excellence team at least 5 years and have exposure to Pharmaceutical/Nutrition industry
•    Understand nutrition market conditions, products approaches, to ensure that all activities reflect the actual needs of the targeted audiences and business direction.
•    Understand consumer, HCP, customers, the competition, WHO and Regulatory framework
•    Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership skills, result-oriented, self-motivated, and pragmatic.
•    Data driven with strong analytical & problem solving
•    Good presentation and negotiation skills. 
•    Has demonstrated the ability to work in a team setting and has contributed to the achievement of a team's success and willing to adapt to category nature.
•    Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and in writing with all levels within all business functions. 
•    Able to work under pressure and business dynamic. 
•    Good Command of both Thai and English in speaking, reading, and writing. 
•    Computer proficiency in Microsoft Offices and presentation tools.

Strategic Leadership & Planning
1.    Develop Medical Marketing Strategy
Create a data-driven medical marketing strategy that aligns with the overall brand strategy to deliver against OMG’s growth agenda with strong rationale and clear consumer insight.
2.    Lead Strategic Planning
Lead the development of both short-term (annual) and long-term (12Q) medical marketing plans, working closely with customer, channel, and commercial teams to ensure full integration into the commercial strategy.
3.    Medical Marketing Calendar
Build and maintain an annual medical marketing calendar for assigned brands/portfolios, prioritizing key activities based on strategic goals, consumer segmentation, market trends, and competitive landscape.
4.    Global & Regional Alignment
Act as the local brand representative in collaborations with global teams, ensuring scientific content, clinical studies, and global initiatives are aligned with local strategic direction.
Execution Excellence & Cross-Functional Collaboration
5.    Integrated Campaign Development
Lead the creation of best-in-class medical marketing campaigns, working with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver effective, insight-led communications across both offline and online platforms.
6.    Medical Programs & Partnerships
Develop and implement targeted medical programs—such as hospital partnerships, HCP content, and educational platforms—to effectively reach healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
7.    Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with internal teams including R&D, Regulatory, Legal, Brand, Sales, Shopper Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless integration and execution of medical marketing plans.
8.    Stakeholder Engagement
Participate in key commercial and sales meetings to ensure alignment, facilitate collaboration, and maximize impact across functions and stakeholders.
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
9.    Performance Tracking
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of medical marketing initiatives using key KPIs, ensuring agility in execution and taking swift action to optimize performance.
10.    Medical Marketing Excellence
Provide strong leadership to instill best practices in medical marketing, promoting a consumer-centric, insight-led approach across the organization and with external partners.
11.    Competitive Intelligence
Stay updated on competitive medical marketing strategies—both consumer- and HCP-facing—to inform planning and drive continuous improvement.
12.    Budget Management
Effectively manage A&P budget for medical marketing, ensuring optimal allocation between working and non-working spend in alignment with company guidelines.
13.    Agency & Partner Management
Maintain productive relationships with agencies, partners, and suppliers to ensure effective implementation and coordination of all medical marketing activities.
