FrieslandCampina produces and sells consumer products such as dairy-based beverages, infant nutrition, cheese and desserts in many European countries, in Asia, Africa and North-America.
The first Financial Shared Services Centre was launched successfully in 2013 in the Netherlands (FSSC NL). In 2016 FrieslandCampina has decided to expand its Financial Shared Services concept by setting up a Financial Shared Service Centre in Kuala Lumpur for Asia and in Budapest to support its businesses in the Europe, Middle-East and Africa region. With the introduction of Shared Services, we moved from a complex, traditional 'back-office' structure to a streamlined operational, business process centric organisation delivering improved and consistent quality to our (internal and external) customers and consumers.
Elvárásaink
Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting from a recognized university;
5+ years of work experience, preferably in an international work environment;
Knowledge of controlling activities, understanding the principles of internal control policies and accounting procedures, legal and tax requirements;
Basic knowledge of IFRS;
Good IT skills: SAP (ECC and BW), Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Excel;
Strong analytical, communication, problem solving and influencing skills
Excellent English language skills (verbally and in writing).

To provide financial controlling activities for the Dutch Supply Hub Units for Business Group Retail & Americas, Asia and MEPA the Financial Controller needs to deliver timely, adequate, and reliable management information (reports and analysis) in line with corporate guidelines and to support strategic business development of the concerning entities. Where by a new LRD flows need to be setup in project matter. He/she works in close alignment with stakeholders at the Business Group level, in the local Operating Companies worldwide and in the financial shared service centers in the Budapest (Hungary) and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). The role provides exposure to local and business group Finance Directors and is ideal to gain knowledge on global financial processes and international trade within FrieslandCampina as well different business cultures.
Complete a range of Financial Controlling activities in a highly complex environment (in terms of (international) organization structure within SAP; financial administrations, structures; high number of (sub) administrations; continuous changes of environment (e.g. organization changes, new product innovations, regulatory changes, internal controls); international scope and aspects (e.g. fiscal, legal statutory); multiple application platforms and ICT solutions; number of internal customers):
On time and in full financial reporting of the reporting entities (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, Budget/Forecast);
Full margin analysis / variances;
Alignment with colleagues in local Opco’s on a.o. inventory information, transfer pricing, Outlook information (located in Asia and EMEA region)
Periodic and ad hoc margin analysis;
Providing and control of transfer pricing documentation;
Hedging administration;
Budgeting and forecasting;
Take part in change projects;
Monitor compliance to accounting standards and tax requirements,
Global stakeholder management, gaining information from and optimizing processes with (Finance) colleagues across different countries, cultures and time zones.
