Learning & Development Specialist
The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible to design, execute, and ensure consistency of strategic learning programs and interventions—primarily focused on the Asia region—aligned with the People Strategy and Global Learning Vision. The role contributes to shaping a relevant and impactful global learning landscape that supports business needs and the development of our people through Global Academy offerings.

- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree with 7 years of experience in the Learning field.
- Strong business acumen and willingness to deepen understanding of business drivers
- Effective sparring partner for senior managers
- Solid knowledge of learning science and instructional design principles
- Experienced in training delivery, facilitation, and managing learning initiatives in a corporate environment
- Proven ability to navigate and contribute in complex, matrixed, and corporate settings
- Demonstrates strong learning agility and a growth mindset

Accountabilities
- Global Program Implementation: Deploy global learning programs within the region or business group, ensuring local relevance and alignment.
- Learning Needs Identification: Gather L&D needs across countries in the region and collaborate with global L&D to co-create and roll out programs, including pilots that address regional priorities.
- Program Design and Execution: Design, advise on, and oversee the implementation of key learning interventions aligned with strategic business priorities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with key stakeholders to ensure L&D programs are tailored to leadership needs and business strategies.
- Learning Processes & Standardization: Contribute to the harmonization and standardization of L&D processes and offerings to enhance operational efficiency, speed, and effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of existing learning interventions and identify opportunities for improvement.
