FrieslandCampina Professional & Trading (FC-PT) is a customer led organization, unleashing the full potential of the B2B world. FC-PT wants to be a world-class, global leader in dairy and plant-based value-added, ingredients and solutions, focusing on the direct and indirect customers in the Route to Market.
One ambition of FC-P is to deliver 120.000 machines via various FC-PT System solutions (a system is perceived as a service, consisting of an appliance, in connection with a (locked-in) consumable as well as the service of the years of operations) being brought forward to the market. This to generate EUR 200mn NS/year by 2027.
To achieve this ambitious growth target, a new business unit is formed as one of the FC-PT big bets. The Systems Unit is responsible for launching, driving, and supporting complex solutions consisting out of appliance, consumable and lock-in technology.
As the Industrialization intern, you will be responsible fixing the foundation of our operational industrialization structures. This by optimizing the blue print of the industrialization project phase and by investigate and implement injection mould management procedures in our operational businesses.

- Communicative at all levels (verbally and in writing English; Dutch can be helpful).
- Positive and optimistic, with a can-do attitude.
- Affinity with coffee is a preference.
- Basic understanding of dashboard tools like Power BI or such is a pré.

Pozíció bemutatás
Your purpose is to review, develop and implement an injection mould management procedure for our running operations. You will collect insights from multiple angles from internal & external stakeholders with the end goal to implement operational processes to get in control of our operations (appliances, components, and consumables). Your specific internship task are:
- Investigate and develop an injection mould management procedure for over 70 moulds that are the ownership of Friesland Campina but are used for different suppliers and partnerships.
- Review and advice on project management blueprints for industrialization phase of a project.
Additionally, next to the content of the position, you play a critical role in securing the continuous improvement of launched systems, like for example Lattiz. This means that you will act in a close cooperation with cross-function, multi-disciplinary roles focused on on-going operations and lifecycle maintenance.

The Systems organization is divided in 5 pillars (Commercial & Innovation, Development & Technology, Quality & Standards, Operations & Partnerships and Installed base & Services) and is led by the Business Director Systems. This position is placed in the Operations & Partnerships pillar. In this role you will report to the Industrialization Lead. You will closely work together in an international environment with internal colleagues from different disciplines and external parties.
