Supply Network Planner
Due to promotion of a colleague we are looking for a Supply Network Planner for our Maasdam Location. In this role you are responsible for the capacity planning at operational/tactical and tactical/strategic level within the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process. Within the very dynamic environment of fresh dairy production, you act as first point of contact for many different stakeholders in the supply chain, but more importantly you drive connection, improvement and stability within the chain. Examples of your stakeholders are Demand Planning, Commercialization and various internal and external Management Teams. This is a senior role which requires quick decision making within complex matters.
Together with your stakeholders you maintain the right balance between customer interests and operational efficiency in the Maasdam factory. You are owner of the Demand & Supply meetings and play a crucial role in providing information of the larger S&OP process. You drive Continuous Improvement within the department and you are active in various (cross-departmental) projects as Project Lead or Project Member. The position requires you manage your stakeholders actively, including Senior Management.
Within a team of Schedulers you act as the right hand and back-up of the Supply Lead Maasdam. Work location is Maasdam, hybrid working is optional. The portfolio of Maasdam factory includes all fresh dairy products such as milk, yoghurt, custard an quark. You report to the Supply Lead Maasdam.
Elvárásaink
- Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management
- Knowledge of planning and inventory management principles such as S&OP, Rough-Cut Capacity Planning, MPS and MRP
- Experience in planning tooling like SAP APO, OMP or equivalent
- Experience in working in multi-functional groups and matrix organization
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Good communication and clear decision making capabilities
- Adaptability to work throughout all organizational layers
- Fluent in English and Dutch

- Responsible for tactical / operational / daily planning horizon of the Daily Fresh portfolio, managing Service, Waste, Inventory and Costs.
- Leading the operational and tactical Demand and Supply cycle with stakeholder like Demand Planning, LAM, Commercialization, SOP planners etc.
- Full back-up of the Supply Lead in Management meetings, Supply meetings and the operational day to day business.

You will be part of the Maasdam Supply team consisting of four production planners, three material planners and a supply lead. It is a young, dynamic team operating in a dynamic market (daily fresh business). We strive towards a continuous improvement but also towards an informal and enjoyable work environment.
