Program manager Real Estate & Facilities

As a Program Manager you play a pivotal role in the successful execution and delivery of Real Estate (RE) & Facility Management (FM) and Travel transformation plans/projects. This role requires a blend of affinity with RE, FM and Travel, project management skills, and effective communication to ensure feasible and realistic transformation plans are drafted and completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired quality standards and results.

  • Master's degree in economics, RE or related field; PMP certification or equivalent preferred
  • Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation to completion, preferably in RE (related).
  • Strong understanding of/ affinity with RE and FM related business is a pre
  • Knowledge of technical concepts and technologies relevant to the project, such as actual sustainability regulations is highly desirable
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project & Powerpoint, to track progress, manage tasks, and communicate project status.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to drive project success.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Overall, the Program Manager plays a critical role in driving the successful delivery of projects and/pr programs, combining RE & FM expertise, project management skills, and effective communication to achieve project objectives and exceed client expectations

Pozíció bemutatás

The main focus of Program manager Real Estate & Facilities is to structure, track, report on a variety of RE, FM and Travel initiatives. Furthermore, support the teammembers in these initiatives so they can focus on content and results.

Sustainability and business requirements ask for a changed approach on managing Real Estate portfolio/assets. The current Real Estate assets need large adjusted towards Climate Neutral goals in 2050. At the same time, the current supply chain of FrieslandCampina is in a large transformation to meet changing market demands. To support these developments the Real Estate function needs to transform from a advisory role into leading role to unburden the core business and re-shape the Real Estate portfolio to FrieslandCampina standards and quality in lean and mean manner and data driven.

At the same time, FrieslandCampina’s Facility Management organization transfers into more central lead structure and governance and Global Travel will mature to more central controlled function. All these developments need strict guiding and structure.
