Anouk’s story

Tartalom

Anouk’s work and private life are somewhat intertwined. “My husband is a dairy farmer and one of the members of FrieslandCampina's cooperative. This means that the milk from his cows is used in our products.” Anouk thinks it’s very special to be involved in literally the entire process 'from grass to glass'. “I contribute to the common goal, which is good nutrition for the world, a fair price for the farmers (including my family), for now, and future generations to come.”.

Contributing to common goal is what wakes me up in the morning.

Empowering by Nature

Anouk has been working at FrieslandCampina since 2016 and has already fulfilled various roles. “In the positions, I've held so far, I'm always concerned with how we can do better. Not only as an organization, but especially with each other as employees. I get excited about pursuing ambitions together and seeing development in that.”.

Together with a team of colleagues, Anouk is currently responsible for the sustainable improvement of the production plant in Veghel. This concerns both the performance of the factory as well as the development and involvement of our employees, for example by training technicians so that common malfunctions are prevented. “I try to see the potential in people and to always get the best out of myself, my colleagues and our processes. With that, we can ultimately achieve great results. Not only for now but certainly also in the long term.”.

Samen bouwen aan de toekomst

Tartalom

“I think it's important to really feel that I'm part of a bigger picture. I work with colleagues from different roles and with different perspectives. This ensures that we have a quick solution for every challenge. Sometimes the perspective from home and our dairy farming also helps, this keeps me sharp to remain critical of what we do in the company.”
