We are seeking a self-driven, passionate, Territory Sales Manager responsible for Implementing effective territorial marketing strategies. Meeting customers to settle concerns/disputes. Assessing sales performance. Coming up with effective sales methods. Submitting reports to line Manager in a timely manner. Discovering new sales opportunities. Responsible to deliver overall value/Volume Targets coupled with fundamentals against assigned objectives

Experience:
2-4 years of experience in Sales & distribution with some Reputed FMCG
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills

Sound understanding of Retailer Operations.

- Business Value & Volume Achievement: Achieving area wise / distributor wise / brand wise assigned targets. Value and Volume targets are assigned at the start of the year and may change during course of time subject to the change in corporate plan.
- Distributor/Business Partner Management: Make distributor profitable by sustainable growth that supports company’s objective. Maintain the effective route planning with frequency, load capacity, PJP settings etc. to minimize operational cost & build distribution efficacy. Managing the distribution field sales teams & follow up on sales KPIs.
- Distribution development Increase weighted and numeric distribution in assigned area. Handle the Field team for development of brands in market through availability – identification of sales gaps & devise plan to capture the business opportunities. Development of Retail Audit insightful read on the volume and share.
- Trade Programs Execution General Trade Expansion & Execution Perfect Store Program Wholesale Loyalty Program Sub-Distributors program
- Team/People Management Managing the 3P employees assigned to work for FCEPL in the territory. Managing the distributor’s work force – Execution of DSR Top Gun Program – Performance management for DSRs Providing training & development interventions to the distributor’s team – Identification of skill gaps
