We are seeking a strategic and hands-on SHE Manager to translate our global Safety, Health & Environmental framework into practical, compliant, high-impact programs across our North American operations. This leader will ensure regulatory excellence, strengthen our safety culture, and proactively protect our people, communities, and reputation.

Elvárásaink
- BS in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of SHE leadership in manufacturing (Dairy, Food, Ingredients, or Pharma preferred)
- Strong knowledge of:
- OSHA regulations
- GMP environments
- Filtration, drying, evaporating unit operations
- Wastewater and environmental compliance
- Clean Air Act
- Chemicals and solid waste management
- Experience navigating inspections and regulatory agencies
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams

Your Impact
You will serve as the North American SHE leader, responsible for:
- Translating global SHE strategy into actionable U.S.-compliant programs
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (FL, NJ, NY, WI)
- Protecting our License to Operate across manufacturing and office locations
- Driving continuous improvement in safety, health, and environmental performance
- Leading regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance responses
- Developing annual SHE goals, budgets, and performance targets
- Coaching leadership and frontline teams on risk mitigation and regulatory requirements
- Building a culture anchored in our “I AM SAFE” philosophy
This role requires balancing global standards with local regulatory complexity — and influencing stakeholders across multiple sites.
What You’ll Lead
- Site-wide hazard identification and risk mitigation programs
- OSHA compliance, injury reporting, workers' compensation, and return-to-work programs
- Environmental compliance including wastewater, air emissions (Clean Air Act), chemicals, and solid waste
- GMP-aligned safety programs within food/ingredient manufacturing
- SHE Committee leadership and training governance
- Regulatory inspections, notices of violation, and external agency coordination
- Data-driven reporting to senior leadership on trends, compliance, and improvement initiatives
- Coaching and development of local SHE resources
You will also play a key role in educating teams and translating complex regulatory requirements into practical, understandable action.
