- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and coordination with PRO/immigration teams, including employment visa processing employment agreements.
- Manage all DMCC portal activities, including company and employee registrations, renewals, amendments, and compliance submissions in line with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and personnel files
- Support probation confirmations, contract renewals, and employee transfers
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with UAE Labour Law and internal guidelines
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and adherence to data privacy standards.
- Support visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, and labour contracts in coordination with PRO
- Handle leave management, attendance tracking, and employee data updates
- Coordinate on behalf of the company with employee medical insurance providers, including onboarding, renewals, additions, deletions, and claims-related
- Oversee and execute monthly payroll processing for UAE, KSA, Morocco & Egypt, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, statutory compliance.
- Support administration of benefits including medical insurance, leave encashments, and EOSB calculations
- Manage and upload employee salary files on the banking portal.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee net salary queries, payroll clarifications, and coordination with the Shared Services
- Raise and coordinate requests for the creation and maintenance of employee vendor accounts in SAP
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR administration requests, ensuring timely, accurate, and confidential handling of employee data and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE & KSA labor law, DMCC regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards (headcount, attrition, leave, visas)
