Senior Manager International Tax
As Senior Manager International Tax, you will lead the regional tax strategy across Dutch, Belgian, and German jurisdictions, ensuring compliance, driving governance, and supporting strategic initiatives including M&A and legal structure planning. This role offers high visibility and cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders to assess tax implications across the value chain, and ensure adherence to tax laws and internal policies.

Elvárásaink
• Academic degree in tax law or tax economics;
• Experience in (international) business environment with at least 12 years’ working experience (out of which at least 4 to 5 years spent in one of the Big 4 accounting firms);
• Proven experience in international corporate tax, preferably across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
• Strong knowledge of tax accounting, transfer pricing principals and transfer pricing environment/regulations, and tax governance.
• Experience in dealing with local tax authorities at various levels;
• Experience in M&A projects;
• Good business acumen and strong commercial mindset;
• A good team player who is hands-on, independent, able to multi-task and prioritize;
• Strong in building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders;
• Strategic mindset with ability to influence cross-functional decisions.

The position encompasses the following primary responsibility areas:
Dutch Corporate Tax
• Liaise with Dutch Tax Authorities and manage correspondences.
• Lead the design and implementation of RFC’s tax monitoring plan with Dutch authorities.
• Develop and maintain the Dutch tax control framework and risk management model.
• Monitor legislative developments and advise on policy implications.
• Collaborate on tax audits, compliance, and governance with regional and global tax teams.
• Prepare Dutch CIT returns and consolidate regional tax positions.
• Review legal documentation for tax compliance and implications.
• Assist Global Head of Tax in all relevant M&A projects.
Tax Accounting & Reporting (NL, BE, DE)
• Lead quarterly and annual tax reporting processes.
• Prepare ETR analysis, valuation allowances, and UTP memos.
• Review statutory tax rates, late adjustments, and disclosure notes.
• Manage external audits and ensure accurate return-to-accrual processes.
• Oversee tax package reviews and reporting across jurisdictions.
Transfer Pricing & BAPA
• Prepare and manage local TP documentation and Comparable Uncontrolled Price (CUP) reports.
• Determine filing deadlines and documentation preparation.
• Initiate and manage intercompany agreements.
• Support BAPA planning, negotiations, and compliance with local authorities.
Belgium & Germany CIT
• Lead governance of tax controls for LRD operating models.
• Manage CIT return submissions and local tax positions.
• Act as SPOC for local teams (such as regional business groups, legal, finance, FSSC)
• Support tax audits, compliance, and withholding tax queries.
• Support Global Head of Tax with legal structure planning and local tax planning activities.
Leadership
• Guide and support local tax and finance managers in developing technical expertise.
• Foster collaboration across departments to ensure tax governance and compliance.
