FrieslandCampina Hungária ZRt. is looking for an Assistant Customer Service to join our team.
Our company is a key player in the Hungarian dairy industry, with beloved, well-known, and leading brands on the market such as Pöttyös, Milli, Frico, Debic, and Completa. Our employees are continuously working to provide consumers with high-quality dairy products.

Location of work: Budapest
Working hours: Part-time (Monday to Thursday, 6 hours per day)
Elvárásaink
- Secondary school education (university degree is a plus)
- Experience in administrative, customer service, or receptionist roles is an advantage
- Confident computer skills (especially MS Office)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- A helpful, customer-focused attitude
- Conversational English (you’ll use it in emails or calls)

Pozíció bemutatás
- Handling incoming phone calls and emails, and forwarding them to the right team or person
- Welcoming clients and visitors in person and managing related admin tasks
- Supporting billing processes (e.g. preparing and sending invoices)
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, keeping the document tracking system up to date
- Taking care of domestic and international courier shipments
- Helping with logistics tasks related to marketing campaigns
- Communicating with internal teams and external suppliers/service providers
- Assisting with any other admin or customer service tasks assigned by your manager
