- Primary responsibility is to do preventive maintenance, maintain basic condition of the machines and eliminate the machines weakness in order to deliver continuous production running with good products
- Support 24/7 run production line and attend to downtime in UHT plant within the time explained in “Escalation Matrix’’
- Primary contact point for operators and Shift Manager during the shift for technical issues resolution during production
- To ensure all the plant maintenance carried out as per schedule. Involved in all Corrective and Preventive execution as arranged by technical leadership team
- To support plant technical leadership team by involving, providing information for RCA sessions and effectively reduce breakdowns in plant
- To work closely with plant technical leadership team to do improvement related to safety, cost and productivity
- Ensuring the implementation and execution of SHE & Fire Safety related policies, procedures and activities are in compliance with DLMI’S working procedures.
- To support other department as per superior plan.

- This role is required to work in shift and covering from Processing, Filling, Packing and Palletizing for all 3 lines mentioned above
- UHT plants are operating 24/7 and this role is required to work together with production plan accordingly
- This role is required to work with other Technician in same shift to attend to any issues from all 3 line in UHT plant
- This role is assigned to work in 3 rotation shifts which are Morning Shift (6.45am – 3.30pm), Afternoon Shift (2.45pm – 11.30pm), & Night Shift (10.45pm – 7.30am). This role also can arranged to work in 12 hours shifts which are Morning Shift (6.45am – 7.30pm) & Night Shift (6.45pm – 7.30am) as needed. Time will change depends on the situation.

- On Shift Technician
- This roles will be working in shift to cover production shift and required to be attached to the assigned Line by superior
- This role is the primary contact point for technical support for Shift Production Team (SM & Operators)
- This role is required to attend to the issues or breakdown on the line and do primary troubleshooting and rectify the issues and handover to production
- In case of the problem is taking longer time and need escalation or support, this role needed to escalate the issue according to “Escalation Matrix” following the mentioned time
- This role is responsible for all Breakdown SAP transaction. Conversion of Z1 notification, fill up information regarding to breakdown in ZM01 WO, Time confirmation and pass the hard copy WO to Technical Executive
- This role is also responsible in updating the status of the shift and line under responsibilities in Log Book or Digital Format (depending on superior direction)
- In situation of no breakdown or issues, this role required to conduct machine monitoring and condition monitoring according to superior instruction. Should there was any issues notified during machine or condition monitoring, comprehensive escalation with evidence must be done
- This role is responsible in conducting the jobs assigned in the shift by superior and update the status of the job constructively. The assigned job must be connected to either to ZM02 or ZM04 and therefore, this role is responsible in updating the information of the job in assigned WO and also do time confirmation accordingly
- Preventive Maintenance
- This is role is responsible in involving and execution of Preventive Maintenance activities planned by superior according to the UHT PM Plan
- This is role will needed to coordinate with their superior or external supplier to execute and completion of the job. Upon completion construction update need to reported to superior as part of handover
- This role is responsible in ZM04 SAP transaction. Fill up information regarding to PM activities, complete Time Confirmation and notify superior
- This role is also responsible in conducting activities related to engineering in every Weekly Care should it fall in their shift. Weekly Care must be assigned through ZM02 or ZM04, therefore this role required to complete same SAP transaction as mentioned above for every Weekly Care
- Should there was issues in line and Weekly Care unable to be completed, this role must escalate to superior swiftly and request for support
- Corrective Maintenance
- This is role is responsible in involving and execution of Corrective Maintenance activities planned by superior according to issue or need
- This is role will needed to coordinate with their superior or external supplier to execute and completion of the job. Upon completion construction update need to reported to superior as part of handover
- This role is responsible in ZM02 SAP transaction. Fill up information regarding to CM activities, complete Time Confirmation and notify superior
- Should there was issues noticed during CM job, this role must escalate to superior swiftly and request for support
- This role is needed to do observation on the line after CM job and proactively escalate and suggest should there is improvement can be done to improve the line performance

- This role is reporting to plant leadership team who is consist of Corrective or Preventive Lead and Technical Executive. Therefore Technical Executive and Plant Engineer is referred as superior
- This role reporting superior is both Technical Executive and Corrective or Preventive Lead. Primary reporting is to Technical Executive and if there is any further escalation, Corrective or Preventive Lead will support.
- This roles required to do reporting to leadership team everything regarding work related, attendance (AL, MC, EL, HL & etc), on shift issues escalation and also personal issues according to DLMI Handbook and Escalation Matrix
- This role is responsible to report to superior swiftly should superior need further clarification and evidence from shift or assigned jobs
