Data Analytics and Innovation Executive

From ensuring timely data to identifying opportunities for process improvement, you’ll work closely with internal teams to keep sales engines running smoothly. Key objectives: Ensure daily operation of Sales, including:
- Provide daily data and monitor transaction data: master data management, supply requested data via working closely with DMS, release ad-hoc reports
- Work with stakeholders and monitor workstream: collect business request by channel and monitor workstream in line with business process
Elvárásaink
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 1 to 2 years’ experience as a system service supporter or master data role
- Skills:
- Business acumen mindset, basic knowledge about Sales o Understand DMS system in back office.
- Data analysis skill o Advanced Excel skills, Power BI & SQL is a plus
- Communication skills (Vietnamese / English)

- Perform daily data management tasks, including monitoring and maintaining transaction data.
- Collaborate closely with the DMS (Distributor Management System) team to ensure accurate and up-to-date master data.
- Supply requested data to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
- Collect and analyse user feedback on issues or bottleneck and improvement opportunities related to Sales system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various channels to understand their needs and requirements to propose initiatives and solutions to system enhancements and modifications to meet new business requirements.
- Monitor the progress of workstreams and ensure they align with the established business processes.
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
