The perfect candidate will:
- Hold a Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economy or MBA
- Be experienced in FMCG retail commercial environments
- Be able to identify areas of financial risk and opportunities
- Have great commercial knowledge, know how to improve results within the business model
- Have several years of experience in sales controlling (minimum 5 years)
- Have strong business acumen and be able to act as a business partner for the local MT (steering/influencing)
- Have the capability to challenge commercial assumptions and to address deviations from plan, driving corrective actions
- Be able to handle multiple priorities and strict deadlines
- Be a problem solver
- Have entrepreneurship mindset
- Have strategic thinking skills (vision/concepts)
- Have a “Can Do” attitude and be prepared to go the extra mile
- Able to professionally communicate in Spanish & English
- Have previous experience working with SAP and Power BI

In order to do that, we need to reinforce our commercial controlling team adding a new Sales Controller able to gather, understand and display proper and accurate data. The successful candidate will join a growing organization and will help to shape it while acting as a co-pilot of the Sales deparment.
