Warehouse Manager
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for coordinating all Outbound warehouse activities for trading goods (imported FG) and locally produced SKUs. Interfacing between the plants and 3PL in charge of outsourced Finished Goods warehouse. Responsible for Inventory management in Abidjan Plant. This role is also responsible for stock count accuracy, effective management of co-packing activities to support trade promo and convenience pack for modern trade outlets, managing reject warehouse activities and relating with Quality Assurance on reverse logistics.

This role will be responsible for the following:
- Safety Health & Environment
Ensure strict compliance with all safety rules in the warehouses and operating environment (safety of people and equipments eg MHE, racks etc inclusive).
2. Inventory Management & Control
- Ensure proper coordination of all Finished Goods from plants (Condensed & Powder) through incubation to finshed goods storage location.
- Strict compliane with FEFO and shelf life management in order to ensure zero right off
- Ensure effective product traceability
- Ensure constant stock verification and reconciliation in order to ensure stock accuracy
3. Warehouse Management
- Responsible for the performance of the third party logistics providers (Finished Goods) also for issues related with food safety, to ensure quality and cost efficient warehousing
- Ensure best practices in warehouse management
4. Production Output
Ensure output from Condensed and Powder plants are received and transfer to the 3PL provider’s warehouse specific storage locations (physical & system through SAP) on time without any descrepancy inline with company procedure and work instruction.
5. Stock releases by Quality department for sales
Ensure the stock release for sales by the quality department are posted on time and make available for customer deliveries in order to achieve sales monthly target.
6. Co-Packing for promo/modern trade channel
- Ensure effective coordination of request by Sales & Marketing for co-packing (for promo), modern trade channel and exhibition with sole aim of pushing sales deliveries.
- Management of outsource agency for co-packing activities (including stock receipt and final output with reconciliation)
7. Receipt of Trading Goods
Ensure that all trading goods (imported SKUs) delivered into the premises from wharf are received on time into the right PO and PFI with the right quantity.
8. Depots Operations Management
- Ensure that all receipt/issue of stock at the depots are in line with company procedure and work instruction (including Market Returns)
- Ensure effective and efficient tracking of stock in transit to depot from origination to delivery
- Observe all depot stock levels and issues stock out alert information for Immediate replenishment
