We are looking for an analytical, hands‑on, and data‑driven intern who can build and maintain operational dashboards to improve control over all service operations in our European service network. Your main focus will be on the Lattiz appliance portfolio: www.lattiz.com

Education Level: HBO or WO (Bachelor or Master)
You are:
- Creative, flexible, stress‑resistant, and structured
- Strong in analytical thinking and data interpretation, with great attention to detail
- An independent self‑starter who can work autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams
- Affinity or background in technology
- Positive, optimistic, with a hands‑on, can‑do mindset
- Skilled or familiar with data management and dashboard tools (Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI)
- A team player with strong communication skills in a multicultural environment (English required; Dutch is a plus)

- Develop a Power BI dashboard for the current Salesforce Lattiz installed base
- Collect service-related data from European Lattiz importers and structure it into a new European Service Excellence Power BI dashboard
- Create API connections between DYNA ERP and FrieslandCampina systems (SAP/Salesforce)
- Optimize the current Salesforce assets installed base (e.g., inactive assets, low software levels)
- Manage the automated upload process for new Lattiz system assets into Salesforce
