Manager Business Procurement
The Manager Business Procurement is accountable for procurement performance across Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Factory Indirects, and Marketing & Commercial portfolios, ensuring alignment with business objectives, challenging requirements, managing teams, monitoring and delivering overall targets for the OpCo level.

Education
- Bachelors/ Masters with a degree in Science or related Technical Field in Food and/or Engineering.
Experience
- 5-10 years in the Food/Dairy Industry.
- Broad knowledge of Business Procurement
- Strong category and general procurement background
- Knowledge of Food Hygiene, Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, 5S, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Manufacturing Processes and Quality Systems
- Basic Financial Management knowledge

- Demand Management
- Category Strategy Development (Direct and Indirect Material & Services)
- Strategic Sourcing and Sourcing Management
- Supply Management (Supplier segmentation and relationship management)
- Project Implementation
- Quality & Risk Management (Collaborating with R&D, QA, Planning, Make, CSC and Commercial Teams)
- Contract Management
- Stakeholder Management
- People/Team Management
