The Account Support department is responsible for the incorporation of commercial aspects of the sales deals for (direct & indirect) end-customers and wholesalers, establishing a best in class customer experience. Enables the realization of sales targets and profitability levels for the sales organization, timely and accurate processing of the data supplied (contracts / contract management, price conditions, SSL orders, promotions and bonusses). Account support demonstrates a customer centric approach and acts pro-actively based on data insights. The job requires a broad knowledge of OTC processes, data processing, analytics and internal- and external stakeholder management.

Wat we vragen

  • Minimum 2 year recent experience in a customer services or account support position
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM and systems: Salesforce, AFO, Office, PowerBI and SAP
  • Proficient analytic skills in order analyze big data and able to draw conclusions
  • Experience with complaint handling
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Good communication skills
  • Managing complex set of relations in- and externally
  • A creative thinker with a pragmatic mindset and solution oriented
  • Customer oriented / can do mentality and a strong sense of ownership
  • Proactive and assertive attitude, with planning and organizing skills
  • Team player who is service and result oriented
  • Accurate and disciplined / capable of dealing with stress and deadlines

  • Responsible for the administrative preparation and documentation of; commercial offerings, contracts, bonus agreements, price calculations and meetings
  • Ensuring price changes are being managed in time and in full with the appropriate actions, calculations and approvals
  • Providing commercial and administrative support to the account management to give a good insight into sales and other results and to promote a good relationship with the customer
  • Regular and proactively contact with internal departments to support the daily operation and discuss potential improvements of ongoing activities
  • Preventing complaints and preventing occasional complaints to reoccur
  • Translate deals made by account management into our internal organization, cooperating with various departments (Demand planning, Customer Care, Quality Specialists, Finance, etc)
  • You will be the linking pin within the sales and order to cash process ensuring a good service level to our customers
  • Develops customer/channel specific reports and analysis on ad-hock level

The Account Support team is part of the FCP Commercial Operations organization and is tasked with enabling the sales execution by providing support to the Account Managers and ensuring optimal service level for our customers. The role sits in the Horeca & Bakery NL organization, with for this position, the main focus on Bakery customers for the Netherlands.
