- Education: Academic, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- Qualified Accountant, Auditor or Controller
- Controls, segregation of duties and business processes
- Hyperion HFM, SAP; BI Tools (e.g., MSTR)
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience

- Preferred experience in FMCG of B2B

This pivotal position places you at the forefront of strategic activities, collaborating with senior budget and stakeholders in the departments where you are the Finance Business partner. You have a lot of exposure to Senior Management.
In this role you support functional leadership teams in driving their departments while also acting as right hand to the Corporate Finance Lead. You will own the full FP&R process (Planning, reporting & forecasting) whilst always driving continuous improvement in the area of efficiency & automation. Special attention is given to SG&A (overhead costs), balance sheet and cashflow management.
The Global Planning & Reporting team (International Group Controlling team) is responsible to drive the corporate and support agenda overlooking the total company. All Business Groups are thus represented within this team. The team is very diverse, with many different nationalities who have one common characteristic: we are proud of what we do and what we stand for.
Your role will focus on our Global Functions such as IT & Finance. These functions drive the global functional agenda and are thus at the center of our organization. You will work closely with their management teams (or you are part of them) and where needed with colleagues within the business. As such you will interact and collaborate with colleagues from all Business Groups and from all over the world.
