As Supply Network Planner Cream you are responsible for a scoped Cream portfolio as part of the Customer Supply Chain (CSC) Professional. This entails the full horizon supply planning for an End to End network. In this role you will be responsible - together with your supply chain peers - to ensure the right balance between market service and operational efficiency.
The Cream supply network delivers high-end cream products (Spray can, PET, Bag in Box) to a globally expanding customer base. As Supply planner you have the tactical network overview and are able to activate the right stakeholders to seize opportunities, mitigate risk or optimize the supply chain. You provide input for S&OP scenarios - created together with the Site Supply Leads. Moreover, you deliver input for strategic network development (e.g. CAPEX) to drive commercial ambitions.
Together with two other Supply Network Planners Cream (peers) you plan the total Cream portfolio. The role is Amersfoort based with a minimal of 4 days per month at one of the plant locations for a successful connection. The Supply Network Planner Cream reports to the Manager Supply Planning Cream FC-P. In practice, functional reporting to the Site Supply Lead Lummen is in place to underline the plant connection.
Wat we vragen
• Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management
• APICS (or equivalent) certification in case Bachelor/Master degree is not in SC Management
• Knowledge of planning and inventory management principles such as S&OP, Rough-Cut Capacity Planning, MPS and MRP
• Experience in planning tooling like SAP APO or equivalent
• Experience in working in multi-functional groups and matrix organization
• Understanding of integral Dairy Supply chain (from raw milk to end product)
• Ability to share and convey the Customer SCs vision
• Capable to build a true relation of trust with both commercial and supply chain business partners
• Well-developed Analytical Skills
• Good Communication and clear decision making capabilities
• Adaptability to work throughout all organizational layers
• Fluency in English and Dutch

Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for tactical / operational / daily planning horizon of a scoped Cream portfolio, managing Service, Cash and Costs.
- Co-owning the operational demand-supply cycle together with you Supply Network Planning peers and the Demand Planning team
- Supports the Cream S&OP cycle, creating scenario input and ensuring alignment with Site Supply Leads
- Delivers RCCP input for your scoped Cream portfolio as input for Commercial 12Q plans and CAPEX budget
- Delivers for the Cream Supply strategy and owns projects/improvements to succesfully drive this strategy

The total Cream Supply Team consists of 45+ employees based in Lummen, Nuenen, and Amersfoort. The total team consist of Site Supply Leads (Lummen/Nuenen), Supply Planners, Inventory Coordinators, Schedulers, Material Lead/Specialist/Planners, Logistic Lead/Specialist/Operators.
The total S&OP and Supply Planning team is a talent driven team with a growth mindset to support the ambition of the Professional business. We are responsible for the planning of the Cream, Butter and Encaps network.
