Production Operator
We are seeking a Production Operator to safely and efficiently operate manufacturing equipment to produce high‑quality dairy ingredients. This role is critical to meeting daily production targets while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance. The Production Operator works in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and is an essential part of our production team.

Vacancy description
As a Production Operator, you will operate and monitor production equipment in accordance with established procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards. You will be responsible for monitoring key process parameters, completing production and quality documentation accurately, and supporting smooth shift handovers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring processing equipment such as filtration systems, dryers, and auxiliary equipment
- Performing routine inspections and basic equipment troubleshooting
- Completing cleaning and sanitation activities (CIP/COP) as required
- Handling raw materials and finished goods in compliance with food safety standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment aligned with GMPs
- Identifying and reporting safety hazards, quality issues, or process deviations
- Collaborating closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams
- Participating in continuous improvement and problem‑solving initiatives
The role is based in a manufacturing environment with exposure to chemicals, enzymes, allergens, and moderate‑to‑high noise levels. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Physical duties include standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds, and performing repetitive tasks.
