In the food industry, Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) is an essential part of our process ensuring that our products meet our high standards with respect to safety and quality. It is the only production step that all the different processes on our site have in common, but it also offers great potential for improvements in terms of sustainability, water use, cost and quality of the cleaning. We need your help and expertise in this matter! Site Veghel us looking for a driven and proactive Technology Specialist with a strong focus on optimization and validation of our cleaning processes!
Was wir erwarten
• We encourage young professionals that just started their professional carrier to apply!
• Master degree, preferably in fields such as Chemical/Process Engineering, Food Technology and/or Bio Processing;
• 0 - 4 years experience in the process, food or pharma industry;
• You are self-starting and communicative with a hands on mindset. You possess and use your analytical skills to tackle problems and have a drive for implementing improvements, especially in the sustainability field;
• You are able to communicate and connect with people on different levels and motivate them;
• Solid communication skills in English, Mastery of Dutch is a strong plus but not deemed as required;

Stellenbeschreibung
The CIP technologist role is at the FrieslandCampina site in Veghel, whish is the largest dairy processing plant of the Netherlands. You will be part of a professional team of about 25 technologists. As a Process Technologist you will work on improvements and optimization of our cleaning processes: saving energy, time and materials your impact on the site’s CO2 reduction, up-time, yield, water and costs will be significant! You will work on many different parts of the plants, identify potential issues and propose solutions for fixing them. On top of that, you will improve the monitoring on our cleaning processes, for better understanding and control over these processes, which will likely reveal even more options for optimization.

This makes it easy to walk to production for a simple question or check. Our operators really like to help you tackle problems by thinking along with to come up with solutions, tests or implement solutions.
