- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical product management role in data analytics, preferably within commerce or marketing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with typical analytics and machine learning use cases & techniques in a commercial context (market modeling, customer segmentation, pricing optimization, A/B testing)
- Proven experience with Azure (Data Platform) services and Azure Databricks (Delta Lake) is a plus

As a Technical Product Owner, your role encompasses overseeing the end-to-end development of products, ensuring alignment with business needs and preferences. Key aspects of your responsibilities include:
- Vision and Prioritization:
- Define the overarching vision for products, considering business objectives and market demands.
- Manage the product backlog, making informed decisions on which features to prioritize based on value & business preferences.
- Collaboration and Translation:
- Collaborate closely with the commercial teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for the development team.
- Value Delivery and Communication:
- Steer the development team by transparently balancing demand and capacity requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of required services, communicating progress, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders and leadership.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and AI, as well as their application in a commercial setting
