FrieslandCampina’s Global Commercial Excellence team is responsible to support local markets and business groups in driving commercial excellence to improve business results. We support B2B and B2C commercial teams around the world through, our global insights platforms to stimulate data-driven decision making, learning journeys to elevate competencies of our commercial teams, and by providing guidance and tools to accelerate opportunities to win in the market.

Was wir erwarten
- Team player with a hands-on mentality with great interpersonal skills to interact and collaborate with colleagues from different countries
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- (Some) knowledge or experience with marketing research or analytics data
- Digital-savvy: Knowledge/Experience in using Qualtrics or other digital survey tools
- Proactive, self-starter, output-focused
- University or HBO Bachelor (final year) or Master student, ideally with a major in business, strategy, marketing or communications

- You’ll be part of an international team that is responsible for maintaining and improving two key commercial platforms:
- ACE Academy: our online Global Commercial Capability Academy with e-learnings, best practices and other tools and activities for commercial teams
- ISEARCH: our Insights and Data Repository Platform platform
Stellenbeschreibung
Your role includes:
- Supporting the global team to develop new (e-learning) content
- “Housekeeping” and maintenance of the platforms, ensuring that documents are well-organized (e.g. folder clean-up/update, correct tagging of articles), curation of documents/articles, monitoring of uploads/usage, uploading articles (e.g. Trends Reports from various sources) into the platform
- Creating a centralized directory of Insights & Analytics vendors/suppliers in ISEARCH
- Preparing regular bulletins and webinars that promote ISEARCH and ACE Academy usage within the different Business Groups (BGs)
- Follow-up with ISearch owners with regards to uploading of articles
- Extracting figures from the global information dashboard to answer specific business queries

The role is part of the Global ACE team (part of Global Commercial team), working actively with the Global Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Global L&D team, Global Fighting Unit Commercial Teams in F&B (incl. Professional), SN and Ingredients.
