Senior RTR Accountant
We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented RTR Senior Accountant to join our Record to Report - General Accounting Team. This role requires skills with appropriate professional experiences in lease accounting, ability of independent work and ability to make decisions on your own.
Besides the regular and month-end closing activities and ensuring accurate and timely posting and reporting of financial transactions, this role requires participation in process integration, in the assigned global and local projects, keeping the contact with the stakeholders, and has responsibility in BS reconciliation as a reconciler to keep the appropriate quality of commentary and backups in our Balance Sheet reconciliation tool.
Ce ne dorim
- Bachelor’s degree in business economics/accounting - master’s degree in finance and accounting is an advantage
- At least 5 years of accounting experience in a multinational company or accounting firm (preferably lease accounting related)
- IFRS and/or other EU GAAP experience is an advantage
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Solid SAP knowledge
- Excellent proficiency in English (Dutch or any additional European language skill is an advantage)
- Proactive and critical mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changes
- Ability to make decisions on own level

Descrierea postului vacant
- Being part of the Record to Report department, handling the financial accounting related to leased assets
- Provide high quality support to Business, leading the interaction with Business Partners
- Managing ad-hoc and regular manual Journal Entry requests and month end closing tasks related to leased assets
- Perform regular Balance Sheet reconciliations and review
- Running regular and ad-hoc reporting activities
- Perform activities in line with internal (Internal Control Compliance, ICF) and external controls, regulations
- Handling internal and external audit queries
- Contributing to daily improvements - participate in assigned projects and promoting effectiveness and efficiency in day-to-day operation
