Responsabilitatea principala in cadrul echipei de Inginerie & Tehnologie este sa asigure functionarea in siguranta, eficienta si eficace a utilajelor din fabrici si mentinerea lor intr-o stare valida. Acesta este cazul atat a instalatiilor noastre, cat si a sistemelor si echipamentelor din infrastructura nostra industriala. In mod continuu cautam sa ne imbunatatim sistemele si procesele. Prin crearea unui proces optim putem asigura siguranta alimentului si calitatea produselor noastre.

One of the most notable achievements was the construction of two new factories in Malaysia and Indonesia. Our team played a key role from the initial design to the successful commissioning of these state-of-the-art facilities. These factories are future-proof and built with the latest technology, showcasing our commitment to excellence and innovation.

“The collaboration with colleagues is what makes my work so enjoyable,” says Kiki.

After completing her traineeship, Kiki had the opportunity to work as a Program Manager on a greenfield project in Malaysia. She now works in the Netherlands, where no two days are the same. From supporting large investment projects to analysing complex datasets and optimising factory processes, her role combines international experience, technical challenges, and close collaboration with colleagues.

“My experience has been great. It has been overwhelming. I am grateful for my team members who have been so supportive and accommodated me in every way possible,” says Chris.

Chris moved with his family from South Africa to the Netherlands to start a new chapter at FrieslandCampina in Veghel. In his work and daily life, the support from colleagues and the welcoming Dutch culture have made a lasting impression and helped him quickly feel at home.
