Key Accounts Manager
The Key Account Manager plays a critical role in driving profitable growth by building strong partnerships with key retail customers. In this role, you will lead account strategy, commercial negotiations, and in‑store execution to deliver winning plans, exceptional customer experiences, and sustainable business results.
This is an opportunity to own end‑to‑end account performance while working closely with cross‑functional teams to turn strategy into impact at shelf.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, with experience in key account management or commercial sales (FMCG/retail experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, account management, and customer relationship management

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels

Stellenbeschreibung
- Own and manage assigned key accounts through Head Office (HO) commercial engagement, including pricing and contract negotiations, sales performance reviews, promotional planning, and introduction of new SKUs and promotional packs
- Develop, execute, and monitor customer‑specific strategies and joint business plans to drive volume, value, and market share growth
- Manage and grow the following key accounts:
- Landmark Supermarket (Makati)
- Emily’s Supermarket (Cavite)
- South Supermarket (Alabang)
- Isetann (Manila)
- Conduct regular field and branch visits to ensure excellence in execution, including:
- Winning in‑store visibility and displays
- Strong OSA (On‑Shelf Availability)
- Consistent Perfect Store implementation
- Work closely with third‑party agency partners, including Field Supervisors and Merchandisers, by providing clear direction, on‑the‑field coaching, and performance feedback to ensure executional excellence
- Design and implement customer programs and initiatives aligned with the annual Business Plan to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Manage trade investments responsibly by ensuring trade spend remains within approved budgets while maximizing return on investment
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure alignment and seamless execution of customer plans

The vacant role is part of Zone 1 Team which comprises of young, very passionate and talented Distributor Managers and Key Account Managers handling GMA and Cavite distributors and accounts.
