We’re looking for an AR Transformation Analyst who will support our journey toward smarter, faster, and more efficient Accounts Receivable (AR) operations. Was wir erwarten
- Working knowledge of key business processes within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment (Accounting, Audit, Customer Service, Logistics, Sales, Trade Marketing, Treasury).
- Practical understanding of CPA/AMC Credit Policy.Hands-on experience with the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Accounts Receivable module.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.Ability to analyze and interpret Business Intelligence (BI) and Audit reports.
- Experience supporting transformation projects, process redesign, or continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to collaborate across teams.

Stellenbeschreibung
- Process Transformation & Optimization
- Assess current AR processes and identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and efficiency gains.
- Partner with IT and finance teams to implement new tools, workflows, and reporting structures.
- Standardize AR policies and procedures across business units.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor AR performance metrics (DSO, aging, collections efficiency).
- Provide insights and dashboards to leadership for decision-making.
- Track transformation KPIs and report progress against targets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with commercial, operations, and finance teams to align AR practices with business needs.
- Act as a liaison between AR teams and technology providers during system upgrades or ERP integrations.
- Support training and change management for staff adopting new AR processes.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure AR processes comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Identify risks in receivables management and propose mitigation strategies.
