People Services Officer Tier 1
The purpose of this role is to provide site support to the HR leaders and teams that reside within FCSCAP in KL People Services & Solutions Hub and be part of the HR Operations Team.
This role will :
- Manage day-to-day administrative and logistic matters whilst maintaining confidentiality where necessary.
- Manage HR Operations matters which includes employee lifecycle, case management, chat inquiries etc.

Education Details & Working Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Management, Hospitality and equivalent
- Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively support stakeholders in Mandarin‑speaking markets
- Minimum 2 years of working experience within the scope of Office Admin or HR Admin, OR
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as HR Operations
- Has experience in managing team engagement events

- Able to multitask and prioritise
- Detail-oriented and Proactive in managing tasks
- Tech Savvy : able to use Canva, PowerPoint, Microsoft excel

- Work Schedules
- Assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, away days etc.
- Supports travel arrangements that may be outside CWT.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc).
- Manages visitor agenda and logistics for HR teams.
- Manage and lead team engagement events, team building events where necessary and represent HR team in centre wide engagements
- Office administration
- Works with the site MA’s to manage facilities for office
- Handle all procurement matters for the department/ company
- Manage the office layout, workspace arrangements and department assets such as stationeries, cabinets etc
- Assist with documentation and fillings where required
- Manage new joiner onboarding and access cards for the department where needed.
- Manage dept communications and act as liaison between HR and other dept in the centre
- HR Operations
- Manage HR Tickets and Support Employee Inquiries in the scope of HR Operations
- Support employee lifecycle processes which include employee data updates, letter generations etc.
- Support reporting and documentations where needed.
