Internship Opportunity: Join ACE – FrieslandCampina’s Global Commercial Academy
ACE is FrieslandCampina’s Global Commercial Academy, dedicated to fostering a culture of commercial excellence across our 7 Business Groups. We achieve this through two globally led platforms:
- ACE Academy: Our learning platform offering a wide range of commercial e-learnings and masterclasses.
- Let’s ACE It: Our commercial maturity assessment program to drive continuous improvement in commercial processes.
Through these platforms, we create one commercial language, integrated ways of working, and strong capability programs to enable winning in the market.

Was wir erwarten
- Fluency in English and enthusiasm for working in an international environment.
- Energetic team player with a hands-on mentality.
- High level of ownership and a structured way of working.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI is a plus.
- Bachelor or Master student (3rd or 4th year).
- Cultural sensitivity and strong communication skills.
- Proactive, self-starter, and output-focused.

You will support the Global ACE team in:
- Project management of key initiatives.
- Development and roll-out of commercial e-learnings.
- Preparation of masterclasses and maturity assessments.
- Continuous improvement projects to take ACE Academy to the next level.
