Brand Manager
At FrieslandCampina Hellas we are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager who will join our Marketing team, and will be located in Athens, Greece.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop & implement the marketing strategy and plan for the assigned consumer brand/product category, reporting to the responsible Marketing Manager.

- Bachelor and Master degree in Marketing or Business related field
- At least 7-8 years of marketing experience in brand management of FMCG industry, preferably in Food & Beverage sector
- Holistic business understanding, commercial acumen, results oriented
- High level of ownership & brand management
- Coaching skills
- Team player, decisive and persuasive
- Excellent communication and strong analytical skills
- Experience in digital and social media platforms and technologies
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint
- Greek native speaker, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Stellenbeschreibung
At FrieslandCampina Hellas we are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager who will join our Marketing team, and will be located in Athens, Greece.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop & implement the marketing strategy and plan for the assigned consumer brand/product category, reporting to the responsible Marketing Manager.
- Strategic Planning: Takes the lead in developing and proposing the Marketing Strategy & Plan for the assigned Brand/Proposition, based on consumer occasions and insights, in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager. Actively participates in the development of Brand Positioning and Brand Architecture to drive penetration, ensuring consistency in all marketing and brand activities.
- Strategic Execution: Coordinates and monitors OTIF implementation of the Marketing Strategy and Budget Plan for the assigned Brand/Proposition and proposes corrective actions in case of deviations to the Marketing Manager. Analyses and monitors Marketing A&P Budget spending per Brand/Proposition, to secure agreed objectives/targets. Aligns with CDSM teams to ensure realization of targets and agrees corrective actions if needed.
- Brand Communication: Drafts the communication briefs and works closely with creative agencies, while initiates necessary consumer research, to develop effective marketing campaigns. Interfaces with CDSM to ensure alignment and consistent deployment of creative brand strategy. Integrates with Media Marketing manager to create, implement and monitor performance of media & digital plans.
- Business Development: Analyses and monitors closely market development trends, identifying business risks or opportunities for the assigned Brand/Proposition. Proposes improvements on existing Brand/Product portfolio and as well as new product and packaging launches, in alignment with the Marketing Manager. Manages and drives progress of relevant Local Projects (new product development, new packaging, factory reallocations, product outsourcing etc.) or actively participates in International Projects. Actively participates & informs all stakeholders in IPM meetings.
- Brand/proposition Performance: Monitors and controls all relevant performance KPIs (profitability, volume sales, market share, penetration, awareness, price development, distribution, SOV etc.), while proposes and implements all required actions to drive performance. Owns & manages the Brand/Proposition forecasting process, in close collaboration with sales and supply chain teams and recommends adjustments to plans to meet targets.
